Well there is always Scooter Stafford! (prob a little before your time?) Always loved hearing the announcer say his name, ScooterRat was one of my many nicknames from that Nealer fucker. You know growing up his whole life he went by "Chrispy"? my older bro is also Chris, so it was the only way we knew who was getting yelled at by our parents lol

Yep! I remember him. From Miss or La I think. Cripes I remember going to Ponca in '83 I think and I heard his name, (Scooter) Whisperin's name and some guy called MOUSE MCCOY! Those were the days of some funky real names. Kinda sounded like a Hatfield-McCoy convension or something! They could all ride too! Guess MX has lost those roots with people and familys like that! If your name is Mouse, you'd be laughed off the track and out of the pits in your 20 year old pickup.
