What's everyone playing when they can't ride? I'm looking for either console or preferably mobile games.

MXGP or MXvsATV?
Trials HD (is there a mobile version yet)?
2XL Motocross or Mad Skills Motocross on the iPhone?

Did a search and all I could find were press releases on the big video game franchises. Nothing on mobile games and nothing on whether the new games are any good. Can you point me to one of the old threads? Happy to shut this one down...

Look on EBay and find yourself a PS2 and a copy of MX vs ATV Unleased. You'll have a grand total of $75 in it and have way more fun than if you spend $300 on any of the new consoles and the latest MX vs ATV flop.

As for mobile, MadSkills still holds my attention after playing it for over a year. Constant updates and the current tourney are boss. The game is good!

For me, it's either Mad Skills and Reflex now.
If I feel nostalgic, Supercross Circuit for PS1.

I just got the new MUD (Official FIM Motocross World Championships) game today, but I haven't had time to try it out. Hopefully it's better than the material they have released from that game.

On a side note, I remember that ATV Off Road Fury game (1st one) was overly addicting. Crazy rhythms on the SX tracks on a damn quad. Probably 1 of 2 things I like about quads. (2nd being it throws up better roost for video.)

MX vs ATV Unleashed was solid but Reflex tops it IMO.

My PS1 broke. Supercross Circuit used to leave my ring finger on the right hand bloody due to the screw hole in the bottom of the controller, weird deal.

2DMX is fun for the phone. It is kind of like excitebike but still decent. You can build better tracks.

I think Offroad Fury 1 and 2 do nationals better, MvA: Unleashed does Supercross better because there are so many different fast lines. The racing in ATV 2 is better because the AI can actually keep up, but ATV 1 has this amazing sense of speed and awesome physics. The quads felt like they had real weight. Even the graphics still kick ass.

I really need to get MX Unleashed.

I'm probably one of the few here who thinks even Reflex is TOO HARD. I practiced it a decent amount and still couldn't get within a few seconds per lap of the fast guys. I guess there was a lot more to the "reflex stick" than saving crashes, but I never figured it out. I'd probably never get decent at MX Simulator--and I'm actually a gamer, I play a lot more than MX games.

I play 2dmx all the time. I need to get not lazy and make some tracks. On the 360, Trials HD is awesome. I can't wait for Evolution. I also really enjoy Alive, believe it or not. The game had so much unrealized potential. If they didn't cancel everything we should've had a bunch of SX tracks by now.

Reflex doesnt have seat bounce and the reflex stick is too sensitive thats why its so hard for some. The key to Reflex is using the lines on the outsides of berms. Always follow lines and keep momentum

Alive is easier to control but they start you with rookie bikes and rookie skills, which causes most to give up before the game even gets good. I use clutch master and quad stuff in the game just buy holding clutch in in the air and when I land i release it a split second after ground contact. When you get it once youll know what im talking about. DO it every time your in the air and thats where the speed is. If anybody is good at ALIVE and is on ps3 network friend me Riz840, we battle with 10 really fast guys a few times a week late night. Buy fast i mean we're all within 10ths of seconds of world records 3-5 laps and we mostly run 10 lap motos

Is the only mode on mx simulator first person? Or can you zoom out? Just watching the videos of it on youtube makes me nauseous.

Mx Reflex for the pc. Bar none the best online battles I've ever had from a motocross game. I don't care what anyone says.

It's super glitchy, and probably annoying to play online (I never have), but MVA Untamed for PS3 is the funnest game I've ever played. You can just flow and find new micro ways to gain tenths of a second everywhere, and you go so fast you feel like a pro. It's awesome.

MX Simulator.

Dude, if you could give specific data to the creator (geometry, weight distribution, torque curve etc), he would probably put your bike into the game. That would be sick.

Mx Simulator, i been holding off on it for a long time, finally pulled trigger last week. i've been playing its like crazy. one of the most challenging sim's i've played in long time. very steep learning curve.

You can change it so you are behind the rider. Invest in a controller. ps3 or 360 works.

This is what MX Simulator needs, Sega had a machine like this to.

Is this true that MUD is released?
