He's got a lot of bad rep in the past, but I think he's one of the most intelligent and interesting riders to listen to... even for 12mins lol

Yep. Chad is always a good interview. Like him, or not, you never have to wonder what he's thinking.

Great post!

Chad's greatest strength and a reason for his longevity is his intelligence on and off the track imo. He stays calm, is extremely self confident and doesn't get too up or down about things in racing.

He's a pretty intelligent guy and very good for the sport, but I could just never be a fan of his.

Good video. I don't get why some fans don't like this guy. He's always been friendly and patient when I talked to him, he's been a fast, tough competitor, who has muscled through some nasty crashes and rough support issues, yet still has his love for the sport and continues to win.

Chad Reed,Australian for racer.
Anyone notice that anytime Sheenan mentions CR he follows up with "the rider from Australia"?

Chad has won me over over the years.

I used to dismiss him.

Then I flat out didnt like him. (Not for his perceived complaining, but for the fact that I was under the very wrong impression that he was "soft" because he couldnt beat Bubba or RC)

Then I respected him. (When he showed me he wasnt soft by trying to take out Bubba in Vegas. And mind you, I was rooting for Bubba that year)

And now Im a fan. I love his honesty. His heart (witness him do the Millville leap in person). His intelligence. I cant not be a fan of this guy.

I interviewed Chad last year. I only wanted a couple minutes and ended up being a half hour! He speaks his mind that's for sure. Cool video there.

Wow... That was incredibly boring. Sounds like a typical Reed interview.

Dug him even before he threw out the parachute at Milville, just wish he'd get off his silly a$$ and help out his

fellow riders by forming a REAL RIDERS SAFETY COMMITTEE> If not now, when ?

He was the only one on the podium last week that actually looked at Erin while getting interviewed.

Not really sure what "people should listen" to in this interview. He gave first hand perspective in the interview. Discussed twitter, his opinions about today's track layout and how his son Tate changed his life. But in the seven minutes, what did he really say?

I think its funny how immature some of you are. Just listen to his words. They should be written, he will show the world.

She's so tall that all the riders are at boob level when she interviews them. That's one reason they don't look at her and I can think of two more!
