No off season for you I guess.
Flipped through it and looks like a great issue again Geoff.
Gives me something to do in my lunch breaks for a few days. Smile

Looks like a good issue, most magazines struggle to fill the pages during the off season, but looks like there's a lot of good content in there Smile

i like the effect you have put on the pages so it looks more like a print magazine, instead of pdfs. Gives it a better feel! good job!

Subtle but really changes the overall feel of it.

Love the Gary Freeman article, five awesome photos. The one of Musquin is class. it would be cool if he ever got to do that Stewart in NY shoot!

Geoff have a question for ya: I heard in the past people complain about not being able to hold the magazine in their hands type of stuff, has the iPad and the other tablet puters helped your e-mag ?? people can sit on the toilet (ack crazy) and read their moto news ?? I guess my question is, is their an increase in your subscriptions ?

S

PS its great btw

To be honest the website my magazine is on you can't read it on IPad or IPhone. I am thinking of changing so that is possible, only problem is finding a place were the magazine still looks good and you can also see it on ipad and iphone.

To be honest I think the IPad hasn't totally hit in Europe yet (and I am not sure it will) where a lot of my readers are from and I can't see the point in reading it on an Iphone, so I need to think about what is best for the look, and my goal has always been to make the images look as good as possible and that the design speaks for itself.

I have to give a big shout to people like Paul Buckley, Ray Archer, Gary Freeman, Steve Cox, Frank Hoppen and so many others for making the images look so cool and Ian Roxburg for making the design so cool.

I guess it's free and when you consider we had 33,000 people look at the last issue it's going okay, but when you consider it is Worldwide and FREE then 33,000 isn't that many. I am happy with it though.

What about a mobile link you can click instead of changing yer mag completely, just a different link for iPad users ??

Sonja,

I am a complete idiot in many things and knowing how to make the mag work via a mobile link is one thing I have no clue about. I will eventually work out what best is for the mag.

I hope you like it.

You could start by spelling my name right, I don't know a Sonja but I am Sondra.

Neutra, Actually it's been in an Aussie magazine Transmoto, great magazine you need to check it out (you can subscribe to their digital issues). Will be more great stuff from down under in future issues.
