There is something holding that deal up, not done yet.

Well he says that he is dealing with and wanting to grow with honda so what if he is trying to finagle(sp?) Canard? he could easily be the future and minus that damn femur he's an animal with skills up to par of Reed and other leaders-

I could see reed and stewart on the same team. Think of the money they would make by doing so! Redbull, Honda, bubbas world, etc. Also if dungey was to sign with reed after all this hype about ktm and ktm putting in all the work to get Ryan, it would turn ktm's world upside down!

From the interview, it sounds like the crash took some of the racing fight out of him.

He's signing Valentino Rossi. The Ducati thing clearly isn't working out anyway.

What happened with Carey Hart making that "we're signing a very high profile rider" announcement in Vegas?

Just throwing this out there... If KTM put Roczen on a 150SX and in the Lites West, I'd have to change my underwear for A1

this is one of the silliest silly seasons I can remember.

Looks like there will be a lot of quality rides/bikes on the gate in January. Should make for an interesting season once all the dust settles and the gate drops.

Reed is a fishing ICON! Turning the industry upside down can be anything from JS to the dude that won best whip, didn't he go upside down?

As many of you have stated, REED is a changed man, much more mature, a completely different guy than he was a 'few' years back. People do overcome their differences and learn to forgive and forget.

Your underwear will be safe. A 150 is not legal in the 250 class and KTM wants to win races not hope for a top 5.

Lol..if that actually happens that would definitely turn the industry upside down! I think brooks stills owes reed some $$ so probably not going to happen...

Yeah, that's stopped people from switching brands in the past. Where's the roll eye's smiley?

If he wants out of the contract, it will happen. Contracts mean nothing in this sport.

Doesn't LOOK like it's been said here yet, but the only thing I can see "turning the industry upside down" is having 2 different manufacturers under the same motorsports program, with a common support structure (twotwo, procircuit, bel ray, etc) Reed on a PC Honda, Wilson on a Pro Circuit kxf. I don't even think nascar teams do that, and i don't see a chance in hell of that happening. To me, anything else is not that surprising.

Turning it upside down would be a lowe's or home depot major sponsorship. That is what that tidbit matthes let out leads me to guess, anyway.

Contracts mean nothing when the sponsor wants to drop a rider. When the sponsor wants to keep their contracted rider it is a different story.

Wrong, if he doesn't want to ride that Yamaha there is no way they will force it. There will be some behind the scene settlement and he'll be on the brand he wants. There is zero benefit to Yamaha to force someone to ride their bike if they don't want to. They will settle and he'll ride what he wants to ride.

Zero benefit to having the highest profile rider in the sport on your bike?

Without Stewart Yamaha has basically nothing in the 450 class. They want him on blue.

We're not talking about the benefit that Stewart brings to Yamaha. If Stewart doesn't want to ride that Yamaha, it's not in the best interest of Yamaha to try and force him to ride it. If Stewart wants to go and ride a Suzuki or Honda and wants out of the Yamaha contract, there will be some behind the scene deal cut. What benefit is it to Yamaha to force Stewart who would then be pissed off and just bad mouth the bike until they let him go? Yamaha doesn't need that, a deal would get cut.

The most important thing is that team will be back next year and perhaps even stronger than this year. The rest is just minor differences.

anybody ever heard of POURCEL? it could be him riding for 22. no way would Bubba ride for chad. LMFAO. and Suzuki has no $$$ to spend on MX right now
