The Timing is purely Contractual: it look's like someone HAS to ride a certain bike AND fulfill certain obligations until the "End of the 2011 racing season"...

Some contracts end in September, some in October...others in December.

As to "Who's" going where and when? It's going to be REAL Interesting to see "Who" changes "What" before Vegas...and...Who DOESN'T.

the LB deal might die before getting off the ground. has sponsors, no riders to match.


imagine that. sponsors and teams ready to go, not enough top talent to go around. if riders cared more about being professional, and less about partying, this sport is primed to be bigger than ever. their just isnt enough quality PROFESSIONAL athletes to go around.

and if motoconcepts goes red (theyre tryin), then that leaves just Valli waiving the yamaha banner. what a mess. what's yamaha to do? LB or in-house.....or...gulp.....just Valli?


a great time to be a 250 guy looking to move up. too bad none of the elite 250 guys are.

the bummer is, what was three teams (six paid riders) has now shrunk to one team (two paid riders).

yamaha has got to be bumming. they just lost their two more favorable teams. i cant see them just having Valli and MConcepts waiving their flag next year. they have to bring back their factory effort. otherwise it will just get embarassing for them.




oh, and stop speculating on where dungey will end up. he's signed to ktm for next year. put it to rest.
Hope someone tells James and JGR all this.

Listen, it doesn't matter which bike you ride in the 460 class these days. Look at the facts.

Europeans win on KTM.
Villapoto wins on a Kawasaki.
Dungey wins on a Suzuki.
Reed wins on a Honda.
Bubs wins on a Yamaha.

The bikes are all good enough to win on.

And when Dungey shows up on his KTM, he'll win races on that, too.
