I think Mike Alessi left everything on the track and he expected and wanted to win. He was mentally and physically spent.

RC tests and assists Suzuki riders (along with 3/4 of Team Honda)
Factory Mechanics (Goose and Berluti)

Bottom line: Team Suzuki is winning championships.

I think there were a lot of factors why Alessi left KTM. He smoked the majority of the field last season on the Katoom (Honda, Suzuki, and Kawasaki finished behind him).

I talked to mike and he was happy to get 2nd but was pissed about always seemingly getting 2nd at the same time. he's a good kid and he looked fresh after 2 brutal motos, he loves scooters and he loves racing...a racer. maybe the jackhole haters that call themselves moto lovers can appreciate it this year.

pretty funny but mike goes "man bobby you are taking some crap off of RV this week, calling you out and stuff" then he starts laughing. he asked me if we know each other and i said never met him and he looked kinda surprised.

his bro jeff looked super smooth and fast, smoother than mike even in some places, i hope he keeps kicking ass too. there'd be one stoked Tony A walking around the pits smiling more than he already does. you can tell he is very proud of his kids.

2 seconds behind James Stewart at round one, history shows that puts #800 as the front runner for the championship. It's up to Stewart to prove history wrong.

He looked completely demoralized at the press conference on the post show. I almost felt bad for him for dealing with the Chad Reed effect.

Mike beat all those other MX pros..great ride ..its just that James is better...his brother Jeff did real well too..time will tell who wins the title

One thing I can say about Mike Alessi is he's all heart and he wants it.He may or may not get a championship but he will bust his ass off trying thats for sure.Also true motocrosser I dont see him ever going sx only but you never know.

Time will tell, but history would indicate.....

Mike needs to stay focused and get his points every week. But then I'm sure he knows that without all of us interweb dipshits telling him this!
