I have the code, but it says it's no good in the download area. Shit.

Rumors are it will be down until Tuesday. I have been following this issue closely on MX VS ATV ALIVE's website...

It's not a PS3 Store issue. It's a THQ problem. The codes THQ issued do not work. To make up for your troubles they are willing to charge you $8 for the compound. Real stand up folks at THQ.

Absolutely false. We are working with Sony on some store issues. Their fix changed some stuff and we've had to work together to get it straight. Going as fast as possible. All codes should be fine. There was a printing issue with about 100 codes being 9's and X's. We will provide new codes for anyone that has one. Your codes currently don't work due to the store issue. Once fixed it should work fine. If you have a code, you will not have to pay. Get your facts straight before you post garbage next time.

Thank you for the update. I love when someone that actually knows comes on here and tells us the truth.

Then why did the Sony "fixes" not effect other games that were released during the hacker problem? The ps store works flawlessly for every game except alive. Pass the blame all you want. The fact is your shit does not work.

100 codes huh? that's bullshit. blame psn like you blamed xbl a month ago for essentially the same thing. you guys are one large, bad joke. all of you special olympics bronze medalists should get canned effective immediately.

as a example of a real stand up company:
codemasters (dirt 3) had a website problem where we couldn't put in our codes on their site so they allowed everyone to email them their box code separately and they responded with the necessary code by email within an hour! (for ps3 also)

WOW, its assholes like you that make no one in the industry want to come on a forum and tell us what is really going on. If you are not a computer programmer than you have no clue as to the complexity of the problem.

Except for the fact that our same stuff works on Sony's servers in Europe and not here. They patched differently. They also thought they fixed it, which is why it worked for a short period of time Tuesday. They tried their fix and it didn't work so on to ours. As soon as they tell us when they will release it, I'll let everyone know.

I have a 9 in my code, does that mean it won't work? Also i bought the unlock pack for bike mods and it doesn't work, is that due to the issue with Sony??

It will be all 9's and X's no other numbers or letters. If that is the case, let me know.

Website issue and Game issue with codes are two different things. We had to wait for new codes. As soon as they came, I was firing them out as fast as I could.

Yep, they made a different security change here in the states. So we are putting a fix in. One of the reasons why a lot of games didn't get affected is because they don't have their own store in the game. You have to go to the PSN store to get stuff. A few games are trying to get the stuff to you differently so you don't have to go hunt it down. Its been new for us and Microsoft and Sony.

So when you say "all codes should be fine" and mine doesn't work (and doesn't have all X's and 9's) what does that mean for suckers like me?

No codes should work at the moment. As soon as the store gets fixed, they should work. If anyone has any issues once the store goes live again, let me know. I'll take care of it.

Thanks, I think my store is working, I'm able to sign in and see stuff. I haven't actually DL'd anything but it's all right there. My store appears to be up and running.

if your in game store works, spend the $8 you bum, and download the compound. then PM me your gamer tag, and get smoked on some sickass supercross.

$8 is half an hour of work.

Is it seriously worth it or no? As of right now, I can't hardly stand the game.

i think its seriously worth it. i had money on there already from a card awhile ago anyways. made sense to me. theres so many ways to hit things in supercross, and the time it takes to perfect it, youll spend alot of time on it.

I purchased the Compound for PS3 yesterday..Im in California and it worked. My code did not work so I just bought it.
And I gotta say is wow the stewart compound is worth the $40 I paid for the game alone tracks are just incredibly fun and realistic. Supercross is pretty hard right now but I have not played much on those two south and north sx tracks. the pro loop is straight bad a$$.
