No, it's none of our business to be honest.
Bottom line, he's not above the law, so I guess he's not the "TIger Woods" of MX after all..
James always says he is out there for his fans. First sign of trouble, there is no sign of him. He needs to come out and at least give some kind of statement. Just says "I made a bad decision and now have to see what happens. Because it is now an investigation and a cout date, I cannot comment on any of the facts. Thanks to Red Bull, Answer, Bell, Yamaha, Oakley, and all my other sponsors for sticking with me. I will be back on the track soon."
He needs to get real with it. Not talking about it doesn't mean it goes away. Dude needs to get into damage control mode asap.
I honestly dont have anything against James at all...but Im thinking if this was me I would have been charged the first go around.

js7: It was defiantly a surprise as I thought we move on from this but obv we still have to go thru the process and hope for a good outcome.

js7: Just looking forward to getting past this. I really appreciate the support from all my sponsors & fans for sticking behind me thru all this.
Pit Row
This looks like it may of been what he was tweeting about?
Would make the prosecutor look pretty stupid if he wastes the counties money on this and loses.
Still, so far it doesn't seems he affect his future income? Sure the core mx fan might get fed up with him doing other stuff than winning and racing, but maybe this turbulence even boost his stock?
Will be interesting to see how this turns out for him...
Not happy or disappointed, just surprised. I reckoned if Joe Public had done the same thing then it would at least have gone to court and a small fine issued - it's not as if there's no evidence. Maybe they've come to the conclusion that celebrities doing this kind of thing and then just walking away from it doesn't really send out a good message? Who knows, but hopefully his celeb thing won't prevent him being treated any differently to any other member of the public.
Post a reply to: Stewart re-arrested for same "crime".
