Chad Reed Believes Austin Forkner Should Turn Pro Now - What do You Think? 16

Vital MX - Chad Reed's sharing his opinion this evening about what he believes Austin Forkner should do with his Pro debut. What do you think of Chad's opinion and what Austin has to say in response?

Austin Forkner picked up on Reed's comment...

After this, Chad made a couple more statements as general fans chimed in and commented back.

More from Austin Forkner:

Here's the deal. Lots of talk whether I'm riding east coast or not. We made a plan all the way back last year sometime to start racing pro at hangtown. We're sticking to that plan for a few reasons. Those guys in the lites class are fast, really fast, so why start racing against those guys who have been racing sx for years and have the experience and on a track that I'm not used to riding on. That's why your rookie year in sx is so tough. I've been riding outdoor style tracks for 13 years so I'm comfortable on those type on tracks so it makes sense to me start on a track style that I'm used to because it's going to be hard enough to race against those guys anyway. Also if the plan was to race sx I would have been preparing for a while now but that's not the case. For safety reasons and to hopefully have a good successful career I think and everyone around me thinks that's the best way to start out. I've got a great group of people behind me.
