Gents,
Where do I measure the height of the fork from on my 2023 yz250f? The manual says 7mm height is stock setting but the diagram is not showing where to measure from. There is a line in the fork tubes at about 7mm from the shoulder in the nut (the picture has the caliper at 7mm). I think the line must be stock setting right? Thank you
I always measure up from top of the clamp to the top of the tube, or the bottom of the cap. I think on most of my yzs that line is at 5mm.
I measure just the height of the tube. For that gen YZ, 5 is a better starting point.
Top of the clamp to the top of the gold tube; do not include the fork cap (bronze part).
