If I don’t get a reply by someone before midnight eastern…….i’m taking this to the Moto-Forum
Ev put a new spring in it for the few bucks, seems senseless not to if you’re doing plates/discs.
I leave the spring on until clutch starts slipping. 160 hours and it hasn’t happened yet. I would recommend the stiffer spring from RMATV with the Rekluse. The lock up is more positive.
Couple of things.
The small movement of the washer and that it is actually not torqued that hard I have a hard time believing it will wear out. @Luxon MX should know best.
Second , you can adjust washer using the 3 settings for the washer depending on stack height and wear. Surface of washer with clutch out and fully torqued should be pretty much flat, not convex or concave.
Third, on Yamaha you need to replace the rubbers holding the clutch hub. They wear fast, and will eat up your clutches within 10h if they are not good. Replace those often. They are cheap.

I was wondering about the rubber dampeners.....i will inspect when i'm in there. Rekluse says to use the old belleville washer.
If the design is well done, a Belleville washer should not wear out at all. But if it goes beyond the material yield point for whatever reason, then it should be replaced. I don't know enough about this clutch design to know whether that may be the case or not. I'd imagine they're fairly cheap, though? If so, just go ahead and replace them.
15-20 usd i think so not expensive
I would replace them. They will shrink and it can be hard to see if you have noting to compare with. They break also but I replace them before they break now, but there it still shrinkage and that makes clutch lazy
