I realize it's a long shot. I'd like to buy an 89/90 Race Tech (or similar) aftermarket shifter that was made for the 1989 YZ250. Ill I'll try to upload pics for reference, thanks
Somebody had an 89-90 yz250 listed for sale about an 1or 2 south of me in NY last summer, it was rough but had the Race Tech shifter you seek… have you tried contacting Race Tech?
I did to no avail. Where was the 1 for sale posted? I've bought a whole bike before for just 1 part. Thanks!

I had one of those on my 96 YZ250. I probably still have it somewhere in my stuff....
How much to look in ur stuff?
I knew a guy who ran one of those back around 1990 and loved it but he was going to try to qualify for Lorretta's and it wasn't allowed in the stock class. He was bummed but then it never mattered as about a week before the qualifier my cousin landed on him and broke his arm and he never got there.
Good story minus the broken arm. Maybe mxnick will look in his stuff and we'll see if 1 of those qualifies 13 yrs later?
