If you’re not watching this series you’re missing out. Edmonton down 3-0 now tied it up and going to game seven. I cheered for the Oilers back in the 80s when Gretzky and Messier were winning cups so hoping Edmonton pulls it off. But whatever happens it’s been a great playoff.

Good lord, even as an American, I hope Edmonton can finish the run and hoist the cup. Been one hell of a series that I thought would be over in 4 or 5 after game 3.
It's been since 1993 with the Canadiens.
Panther's coach blew a gasket after they overturned the first goal. I'm no lip reader but his speech was pretty clear to me.

What a game so far
I had a feeling when the Oilers were playing well but not scoring that they would lose. Was rooting for the Oilers but I’m happy for the Panthers. I remember Gretzky’s Oilers lost in the final before winning. Same with Crosby and the Pens. The Oilers will be back.

Unfortunately had a feeling it was over as soon as the oilers started playing Mcjesus and Draisaitl together. They tried that to generate offense in the first 3 games, which all resulted in losses. Same thing for having them on the ice 50-60% of the third period, doesnt get the other guys a chance to get their legs and get moving and involved in the game.
Usually not a matter of if they will be back. It’s a matter of IF the team is still the same by the time they get back. Clubs generally get about 3/5 years together before being split up. Certain players and coaches create the “buy in”. If all players don’t buy in, they won’t go far in the playoffs. Hard loss for the Oilers with taking it to game 7. They were exhausted by the end of the 3rd. Simply too much depth with the Panthers

I started rooting for the Panther's last year when they made a run at the cup. They looked like a different against Vegas last year and it didn't look good games 3-6, but they pulled it off!
