One option you didn't offer is:

- This didn't happen

I'm not saying it didn't happen, but there appears to be the word of exactly one person who said it did happen.

I didn't even watch the video and I can save us 10 pages of arguing and sum this thread up in 2 sentences below.....

Team Trump will say this is fake.

Team Liberal will say it's the biggest travesty in the history of America.

End thread, have a nice weekend!

All this fake indignation from the wokies.

There is this.

Medical staff face charges after allegedly interfering with California ICE arrest
US Attorney warns of consequences for obstruction amid the arrests in California

Federal authorities arrested a staff member of a clinic in Ontario, California, for allegedly interfering with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrest, while another remains at large.

Earlier this month, Honduran national Denis Guillen-Solis, a landscaper, allegedly left on foot to evade law enforcement and went inside the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center, where he was not a patient.

"This story is another example of a false narrative peddled by irresponsible members of the media in furtherance of a political agenda to delegitimize federal agents. The illegal alien arrested inside the medical center was not a patient and was not in any way affiliated with that location. He ran inside for cover and these medical workers attempted to block his apprehension by assaulting our agents," U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli told Fox News in a statement.

Why doesn’t DJT do something about Obama and the Smith Mundt act situation? That whole deal allowing the use of propaganda or whatever? I hear a lot about fake news and newspapers and media companies being sued but nothing is being done to stop the lies.

Haven’t watched the video with sound, but yeah, you assault an officer you should probably be arrested. I can’t think of any exceptions off the top of my head, but there might be a few I suppose. Nothing in the description or the video looks like anything close to an exception to me.

Law enforcement can question anybody the want. But nobody is compelled to answer questions or show ID unless they are arrested. And then all they are required to do is identify themselves. Still not required to answer any questions. The arrest has to be based on actual evidence that the person committed a crime. This is the case in most states.

Yeah, I don't know.  I think failure to identify yourself can lead to arrest.

Wrong, wrong wrong.  Refusing to identify yourself when they are investigating will get you arrested.  You remind me of all the internet lawyers who you see on line videos talking themselves into getting arrested and as soon as they get cuffed then they want to cooperate but then its too late. 😂

There are 12 states where you are required to ID when asked. Otherwise you are not. There may be some situations where you are compelled to testify as a witness. Obviously you have to ID in that situation.

That was a brilliant response. I feel so beaten and defeated.

I am fully aware that that her name should Yuriana Julliana Palaez Calderon Smollet. It was a feeble atempt to point out  there is a lot of lying going on regarding ICE.

Should not law enforcement have to ID themselves also?

Where is the video or pictures. Did everyone swallow their cell phones?

Not a single person snapped a photo of ice questioning them?

How convenient….

One thing people aren’t realizing is the fact that the cartels are profiting off of the undocumented citizens getting deported. They’re getting sent back to TJ for instance and, swept up by the cartels. The cartel has them call their family in the US demanding ransoms. Either pay or, their dispatched. Instead of their family members getting a call of, hey, I made it safe, they are getting ransoms demanded.

I’m not going to go rounds of the whataboutism bullshit. This is coming from a friend I went to school with who  resides in TJ.

That's the main thing giving this whole ICE enforcement thing the bad look.

Lots of examples of at least some of them not only not doing that, but concealing with sunglasses and bandanas etc..

I suppose I should clarify for you laststroke. I want the media held accountable and not allowed to spread propaganda. The same goes for the entire govt and trumps ass as well. You can lie. But any entity that’s getting any of my tax dollars should be hanged if they lie. Is that better?
