Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
Way too early to make that kind of statement.
Got to give him at least a few more races before anyone should be panicking. He's a champion and will probably figure it all out soon enough. I hope so.
This one about to be hidden due to downvotes..
He'll figure it out. He hasn't been terrible.

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Give him a year and he'll be firing, if not sooner.
No. I didnt expect much from him this year, atleast not early in the year. If he still looks like this at the midway point next outdoors than that probably changes but its way to soon to think he wont figure it out.
I’m sure he’ll be fine, but I did think he would’ve been right there with AP7, Hunta, and JCoop even with a new bike, teams, and series.
Retiring??? 😂
Bro he just got 5th last moto in 110 degrees and he clearly doesn't look comfortable yet. It's not like he's riding at his best and just can't seem to make it into the top 10.
Sounds like he's already making slightly more money than he did in the GPs despite not really bringing in any bonuses yet. Wins are maybe out of reach this year but let him get some podiums and idk if he'll be very motivated to go back to making less money.
Would be interesting to see how he’d be doing if he stayed Austrian.
I think he's not gelling with the bike. Yes, I know he rode it before signing, and it's a factory team. If last years factory Gas/Gas was under him right now I'm thinking he'd be top five .
New tracks, new bike, new food, crazy travel... Prado has the same problem that RV had when he went to Europe, with the additional stress of a new team and motorcycle underneath him. I think he'll figure it out soon and get a win. Euros always seem to do better at the loamier tracks, anyway; let's revisit after they've gone to Southwick or Spring Creek.
I don't think amyone expected him to dominate roght from the start snd maybe not even ever. Revisit in September.
Where did you hear the part about him making more money?
Don't remember exactly. Maybe on Enticknaps podcast.
Iirc he said that he makes slightly more but similar money now. But if he was winning he'd obviously make way more with the bonuses
Remember Hunter’s first season, and he doesn’t have close to Prado’s accolades. Dude was hurt, give it time
I don’t think the MXGP guys make great money. 99% can’t do their own gear deals, inFront is damn near a criminal organization with their prize money and I would assume they’re taxed a bit higher. I’m not sure about the taxes though. Probably depends on where they live.
If it was easy we would all be doing it.
The fact that it is going to take some work, time, and expereince will make it more rewarding as he moves up in the rankings. He'll get it, just going to take some time.
How many here have recently raced on a track they had never raced on and only had a short practice? I did, and it is hard. With that, and every other change, it’s going to take a little time to get sorted. But he will.
Pit Row
Wait till he gets a full season under his belt. New country, new tracks , new people.
Not sure what a panick button is, but zero panic button at this early stage.
Hunter won a moto at high point his first season too on the #196 geico Honda. He was hurt, but also got a win.
Lmao two races in “he’s panicking!”. Like others said, give it time. New bike, new tracks, new country, new life!
Wait till Unadilla
Great starter, great rider, and, although still young, as well as a four time world champion, he is no better than the ninth/tenth fastest guy in the sport.
In no particular order, unless someone insists, we have: The Bullet, Gajser, Reneux, Coenen, Febvre, Jett, Chase, Eli and Kenny
He sure looked fast at Southwick. With the exception of the errors that put him on the ground, his performance was quite impressive.
Post a reply to: Jorge Prado, panic button?
