I’m a fan of Cameron’s, but I’m genuinely becoming increasingly concerned about his welfare!
That kid is gonna hurt himself bad. I dunno what he needs to do, but he needs to tone it down before he ends his career.
I was hoping he was going to grow out of it and be a winner this year.
After these last couple years, my boys and me we’re all seriously rooting for an injury free Cameron in 2025, and it was so disappointing before Tampa we’d already heard he’d crashed hard at the practice track like 3 seperate times. It makes me keep rooting for him harder, but man I hope this all pays off in a championship one day. Him and Austin are so deserving, they’ve beyond paid their dues
I completely agree. He’s a proper tough kid, getting back to the restart after his big one a couple years ago on the bridge. That made me a fan. But now it’s getting concerning.
Is Macado the first person to wreck bad and throw a red flag twice?
Hope hs is okay.
I have tons of respect for how tough Cameron "Grateful" McAdoo is and how much heart he has, seriously. When I remember how I rode and raced scared for years as a teenager because of one big crash, it's hard to understand how these guys go after it in full send mode after the biggest set backs, the lack of fear that pro riders have.. I'll never get behind that.
One thing though, as much respect as I have for that guy, he is dangerous not only to himself but to every other rider out there whenever he races.

I think Hardy Munoz also has that honor, Hardy also has the honor of causing red flags both indoors and outdoors in the same season, which is very impressive (I believe)
Unpopular opinion: these crash-ridden long term 250 riders need to move up. They ride wild each season because they feel like they have to prove something and be “the guy.”
Pretty sure the ACL was a bike issue that caused it. Might be wrong though
Move-up to where? He could maybe get a privateer ride, but no one is going to be offering him a great bike and better pay at this point.
We hear that every year. Is there a prestigious factory seat open, no. But I’m willing to bet he’d get a ride before someone signs Nichols, oldenburg and at this point mcelrath. Hes a younger talent. Also with triumph and Ducati entering the mix next year, that’s 4 possible seats. I’d be shocked if his PC contract isn’t based mostly bonuses.
This is the most mcadoo pic ever. Extreme pain in his face, bleeding from somewhere, neck brace on, alpinestars guys trying to hold his pieces together as he goes to the rig, but tough as *balls. Poor guy. Hopefully nothing too bad happened to him. Sucks to see it happen again.

It was. But to be fair he had another big get off that was not a bike issue prior to A1.
I agree with everything you wrote except the thread title is a bit disrespectful.
All I see and hear from Cameron makes me cheer for him and like him a person and he seems to have some huge balls for coming back every time. But he is a hazard to himself and also others, that’s not an opinion but rather a fact at this point. For he’s own sake I would wish he hangs it up and finds something else to do where he doesn’t have to go in and out of a hospital.
Fair comment on the thread title. Please believe I am a genuine fan of his. I’m not mocking him for crashing.
I can't remember if I saw it on Vital but I read he had 3 big get offs in the off season. He's got heart, no doubt. But it's hard to watch. Although I'm getting desensitized to it to where I was pissed he fucked up the race. I hope he's ok
I understand you don’t, as I said I agree with you. It’s out of concern for him. The title was just a bit clickbaity compared to what you wanted to get out. But your not alone doing that.
You have to admit that kid is tough
Absolutely one of the toughest guys out there.
Championship done, he should get his knee fixed now! No need to throw away another season just for beeing the tough guy….
