My wife just made filet mignon with cherry balsamic sauce, parmesean zucchini and crispy baked potato cubes seasoned with herbs , and now shes making macadamia nut and white chocolate cookies from scratch ! Im one happy camper !

this is bullshit.. pbj over here, kids hammered out some sour patch kid ice pops for dessert.

im beat from the track all weekend, so the result was a less than stellar dinner, and my ass on the couch for Fox cartoon night.

Ham hocks have been uber salty lately. The last couple of times we've had ham hocks and beans its been a let down.

My wife made a roast chicken with oven roasted potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. Brussels sprouts in brown butter sauce. So after we watched some F1 Shanghai GP I made some bananas foster.

I cooked a pork shoulder low and slow yesterday on the weber so I had some leftovers along with a pressure cooker artichoke with drawn butter.

Same as every Sunday,a roast dinner,nice big bit of topside beef,carrots,parsnips,peas,brussel sprouts,mashed potatoes,Yorkshire puddings,broccoliand lots of thick gravy.Wifey made a nice big trifle for desert too,stuffed and couldn't eat another thing!
