Thomas has a legendary mind! I love listening to his stuff. The guy is wise beyond his years. He's one of those people , that when you listen to him , you stop everything else , and hang on every word.

Sowell is the Man. Everyone should be familiar with what he has to say.

It takes considerable knowledge just to realize the extent of your own ignorance.

It's amazing that people who think we cannot afford to pay for doctors, hospitals, and medication. Somehow think we can afford to pay for doctors, hospitals, and medication and a government bureaucracy to administer it.

The demise of debate is truly unfortunate. Nothing teaches you to think better than debate. When I was in school you had to be able to debate both sides, quite often you would be pitted against another debater, and you would first argue the point and your competitor would debate the counterpoint and then you would have to switch sides. You were graded on how you argued both sides. Nothing better to open your mind than to find the good points of something you disagree with.

Had he been of another time, how good a President could he have been.

As we know, people of his intellect never get a shot, as they cant be bought, or dont have enough cash of their own .
