Damn BL. I thought our last one was close, about 100 feet from the end of my driveway last year during Thanksgiving week. Cops had us roped in for about 4 hours. They asked my neighbor if there was any gang activity in the neighborhood, while standing next to a fence all tagged up with Surrenos13 signs.Laughing Had some action earlier today in front of the house. Had a weed bust on some young dudes. Cops were struttin' around like they nailed 50 keys. I saw a few dime bags on the hood of the cruiser.Huh

3 killed in Compton 'robbery gone bad'

Three men were fatally shot at a Compton auto shop in what was described as a "a robbery gone bad," authorities said today.

As many as six people were taken into custody after the robbery-shooting just before 8 p.m. Monday at Custom City Auto at 312 N. Long Beach Blvd., a sheriff's lieutenant told a camera crew at the scene early today.

Two men died at the scene, and a coroner's investigator said early today that a third man died.

Shortly after the shooting, deputies stopped a minivan with a roof-rack at Compton Boulevard and Ward Avenue, an RMG News camera crew at the scene reported. Several people got out of the minivan and ran, and deputies caught them and took them into custody, RMG News reported.

An ambulance crew was called to a scene nearby on Bullis Road to treat one person from the minivan, RMG News reported. Another ambulance crew went to Bradfield Avenue and Compton Avenue.

A sheriff's lieutenant at the scene told RMG News the minivan was connected to the robbery-shooting.
