I get why GuyB has twitter, you post race activity, but I think the whole thing is stupid. I really dont have the time to read about what others are doing with their lives, I am to busy living mine.

Twitter, like mySpace and Facebook is only a ridiculous time suck if thats how you use it. Used in moderation it is a great resource.
