Go buy a slip roll, some sheet metal, and read both Graham Bell and Jennings books. Build it and once you tig or oxy weld it together it will make those trick looking, works, factory blue rings.

Heat it with a torch?? I always just twist the throttle and shift gears and it turns blue for real. No faking it.
