You are there? What is the actual temperature and humidity?
honestly.... i wouldn't know an exact temperature.... i know it's hot as balls and i sweat profusely every time i step outside the press room to take photos, but whether it's 90-100... no idea

but i do know i wouldn't want to race motocross in these temperatures, and when i was standing next to Jeremy Seewer pass out before the finish line, it was horrible to watch as he looked barely functional as a human being

People get too caught up in numbers and fail to appreciate the factor that i outlined above, about how these guys have gone from a Euro winter to this.... it ain't fun and just because some people are badasses, doesn't mean those 1% off, should face hospital treatment

It's what the Thai Meteorological Department website says the temperature and relative humidity is at Nakhon Pathom. The actual temperature could be wildly different to what's on the site though.

Don't some of the guys jump into a 45 gallon drum of ice water at the Nationals?

So far the best finish for a latvian was Karro 6th place in 2009. Jonass just rewrote Latvian moto history.

You can die from heat I'm not trying to downplay it. No one wants to see a young man suffer heat stroke for a race. Just trying to get an accurate reading to judge conditions.

Yep, was destroying the comp and just hit that wall. See, with humidity like in Freestone it makes it unbearable to breath. Plus, he was training in Colorado and Cal, which doesn't prepare you for the humidity like a Florida, Louisiana, or a South Texas.

Oh my..

You just find out your "Judging" won't make a difference to the promoters and riders?

For Jonass to finish 2nd in what will probably be the toughest Moto of the year.. Very impressive. Huge props to him.

I bet these boys can't wait till Herlings does one. Next years mx2 will be awesome!

You're a troll. It's one thing to joke around and take jabs but you just try to start shit. Leave that out of the race thread!
