Why did he move to 450's in the first place? He was winning races on that yellow 250F... It's not like he had been in that class for a long time or had been dominating...

Kid has the talent to win thats for sure. If he is clean living and really wants to achieve his goals the world is his oyster.
Just stay away from those blue p.o.s

The Yamaha 250 is looking as good as any bike out there right now. Hope he makes a comeback.

He was looking like a true threat a few years ago but alas, comebacks are rarely successful in moto.

Yes the 250 is much better than the 450....it was that 450 that claimed him. If they change the 250 to have the same messed up crap as the 450 then that too will be crapola! I gotta say though, the JGR bikes are one of the baddest looking bikes in the pits!

BigDaddyG have you ever ridden a recent Yamaha 450? I would bet that you have not. If you had you wouldnt make such dumbass comments!

jhansen....The speed you rode the bike at and the speed the Pro's ride the bike at are night and day.

Its fine for an every day rider but I think it has its issues once its pushed to the limits. That has been the consensus from the top riders.

This is, unfortunately, reality. The window of opportunity does not stay open for long in this sport.

I talked to Austins mom the other day and she indicated that he may give it another shot next year!!!! He's been riding a 2013 Honda while training a Carolina boy and seems to be having a lot of fun with it.

If anyone has ever spent time in the restaurant business it would give you the motivation to get out! If you work that hard and those amount of hours, you may as well train that many hours and ride a bike!

If he stays grounded and away from the CA scene I think he would fair quite well. He definitely has the skills.

i can't stand the loser kids in mx that blow it by being stupid and messing around with drugs when they have a hundred thousand dollar bike to race....but this is the only guy i could see pulling off a comeback. he's still young, and his raw speed is off the charts!!

I love when people pull out the "Im a christain" line. I know plenty of people that claim to be "christains" but are pieces of shit. Love how people think because they go to church they can do whatever the fuck else they want in life. That said. I think Vinces racing is a breath of fresh air. Dude goes for it and DGAF!
