Exactly.

I'll be by to steal your Rich-Guy (Buddy Rich?) drum-set, later.

That's how it works? Right?

You see, I'm a poor-guy that's playing a "mix" of DW & PDP; which, of-course...isn't fair. Heck, I'm so poor I can barley keep the tarnish off of my Sabians!

Well how BIG are these tablecloths?! If they are just normal size table cloths I fail to see how they would be very expensive at all. Sorry, I know nothing about... tablecloths. Just seems kinda laughable. But from the sounds of it these tablecloths are worth many hundreds of dollars? People steal custom banners from races all the time and nobody every makes a deal about that, in my mind I am thinking of table cloths like banners. Again not saying its right at all but kinda seems silly to make a deal about it at all. Nobody is going to return stolen tablecloths...

I, an honest poor guy with a high iq, have had many thousands of dollars worth of things stolen in my life, including cars stolen and home burglarized twice. Maybe thats why I sort of find it odd when a rich guy makes a deal about his tablecloths being stolen. And no I am not a thief. I give money away all the time, homeless people, etc. Im sure some of you have noticed I am running a game here giving away $100 cash and a trophy, and didnt ask for a dime for anyone to play.

I equate this to something like a car cover being stolen off your car. Not exactly something you go making a big deal about and making a plea for its return...

Dear KENT:
I'm not on here to debate you, however flashing your "IQ" leaves you wide open I'm afraid.
Facts:
It's wrong to take, steal or whatever you'd call it.
2nd, whether your a "millionaire" or not doesn't mean you can do what the above states.
3rd, the Reeds don't pay for this, our loyal sponsors do, and they're not a bottomless pit.
Expensive, yes my friend!!

Teams such as ours and then some try very hard to represent our sponsors, etc., to you the fans.
From the paint jobs on our semis to the look of our bikes, clothes etc., it's just as much eye candy for you
the fans as for anything else.
The fan experience, etc., is what we're all about almost as much as results themselves.
It all goes together and it all must work together to keep you and our sponsors coming back for more which I think
in our current economy is no easy task, so again every little bit helps and every little bit stings!!

Kent isn't smart enough to comprehend that stealing is wrong, no point in trying to educate him now. Everyone else gets it. Stealing a tablecloth or stealing the whole canopy both sucks, it's the principle of it. These guys shouldn't have to worry about fucking heathens stealing their shit.

Kent, if it is okay for the poor to steal/borrow from the rich, can I borrow rich people's girlfriends/wives? I promise not to harm them or abuse them, I just want to enjoy them like you do. Plenty of rich people have wives that are gorgeous; they should share the wealth! If you agree, I VOTE KENT FOR PRESIDENT 2016!!! Share the wealth, share the women, share it alllllll! SOCIALISM!!!

I'm going to need to see some proof of this 'high iq' you claim to have.

This is laughable. i know who did it? really? I havent attended a race in over a decade. I live in california (race was in pa). I am just making a point that... This is what it boils down to.

Its wrong to steal, but this is a very minor case when it comes to stealing.

reed would have never become a millionaire without "stupid, low iq, tablecloth stealing "fans"" way overpaying for tickets and track food and rider merchandise and new bikes they didnt need for decades... think about it. let the damn poor lowlife guy have the tablecloths, that is just my mindset. even as a poor guy, such a trivial thing would not bother me. I am assuming the value is low but I guess I could be completely wrong and these are record setting tablecloths costing hundreds of dollars. if thats the case well then, fine, whatever.'

its just that $200 to a millionaire is like $2 (or a lot less) to a normal guy like me. I give homeless people here in cali money all the time and think nothing of it.

In the end it is wrong that his tablecloths were stolen and would be nice if they were returned, but to make such a big deal about this? eh... If they were such precious tablecloths why leave them alone? I am super paranoid about any of my stuff being stolen because I have had so much stolen... So I am careful that nothing of mine could possibly be stolen. I am 31, it was my younger years when I had stuff stolen and gradually I learned and by the time I was 25, it was not possible to steal something from me since Im so careful.

In California theft is RAMPANT maybe that is why I am sort of numb to the idea of low value items being stolen. It happens so much here that it doesnt seem like a big deal. And again, I am not a thief. I am the most honest person I know and I actually enjoy giving money and things to people.
Yes sir are an enabler. You give those homeless people booze/drug money. Congrats!

Here I am opening myself for verbal attacks but I must admit when I read the word "tablecloth" I laughed and thought Ozzy was screwing with us. I was expecting to read "works forks....laptop...chads helmet" I'm sorry Ozzy but I'm just being truthful when I thought it was a joke.

Sorry to hear about about the thieves. You pour booze down a bunch of hillbillies that make up the majority of the fan base at the races and you have to expect this stuff to happen. I know it should not be that way but unfortunately it is our society and it has been that way as long as I can remember. I have lost many tools over the years from job sites, my truck, garage etc and I tell you it infuriates me and makes me want to kill he thieves. It is best to just move on and try to find a solution so it doesn't happen again. Best of luck to team twotwo the rest of the year

Well, got to say things are sinking to a new low. From the thiefs - stealing - to Kent's defense. What a shame.

I bet another team took them as a prank to see if it would get this much attention....Shit, i dont even think stolen bikes get a "no questions asked" return note....Again, lame they were stolen, but it could have been worse I guess.....

Rupert....is that Leticia in the pic? I miss her even if it isn't. If it is not lovely Leticia the least you could do is put one on here to brighten up what is otherwise a rather dismal day

Laughing My Honda ridgeline was broken into a few months back and I lost my video and music system , Ipods etc about 3k worth of stuff and of course after the Auto and homeowners deductibles I was out about $1500.00 I am just thankful they didn't take by yamaha beach towel off the back seat. For me, whether it's a tablecloth or CR's helmet, they're 1 in the same.
Again, we're there for results and the fan experience!!
For you few to laugh, scoff, at "tablecloths", is well, no comment needed....
For me, it all matters, why, cause I do it, live it, and make it happen.
It's the act of it, not what was taken.
For some to try to measure it's worth and relevance is garbage to me, but your entitled to yours,
so maybe I'll say the same when someone steals your beloved garden hose!!

Believe me, your insurance company will measure "it's worth and relevance" when they write the check. I had to pay two two deductibles for one crime (oops did I just say two two) when they broke into my Ridgeline.
