I understand this sport needs sponsors like riding gear, suspension and tire. I can even understand why we have truck companies as sponsors. Trucks are a major part in our sport in the amatures. We use them to get to the races. I just don't understand why there is a tire company as one of RV's major sponsor. A tire company that does not make mx tires. I hope this is a clear enough question. I think it sounds funny when RV is on the podium thanking two tire companies. I would think Dunlop would say what the hell those tires are not on his bike.. Just CURRIOUS. So please don't think I am saying we don't need this tire sponsor...

Taken off of a quick google search:

"Currently, Falken is paired with fellow SRI brand Dunlop Tyres to form Dunlop Falken Tires, Ltd., the parent group of Falken Tire Corporation."

Falken is pumping a lot of advertising and sponsorship money into the offroad segment right now (Jeeps, bikes, etc), I don't see how that could be bad in any sense

Do you like seeing the races Live or on TV at all?

That costs big $$$ ... MC industry is small potatoes compared to the Automotive industry meaning .... they have the $$$ needed to put it on TV.

You said we need trucks, Falken makes tires for trucks, we need tires on our trucks, where's the confusion?

Target market. Young men ride bikes and have pickup trucks. Makes perfect sense to me. All about expanding sales and profit margins.
