Here is my new Speed Concept 9.9 Triathlon bike and what I'll be riding in MX this year. The Speed Concept cost 2,000.00 more than the KX450F does believe it or not. So what are you riding for 2012?

Is that a muffler with a bike attached to it? Geez. Thing is huge.

I'll put a PC TI system on it. lol My 2004 Yamaha YZ45OF had a pretty huge exhaust on it as well. I think my 07 bikes were the first ones to have shorter silencers. People seem to forget how big they ALL were when the 450's first came out.

In 2007 I was running a 450F Yamaha and a 250F Honda. Both were pretty sweet.

Ugh. I have to rock the '08 250SX (full built 300 motor however) for yet another year. When I bought it I was on the new bike every other year plan but the recession has changed everything. At least it's dialed and working really well. And the economy has gotten a hell of a lot better (if you're a Kenworth Salesman anyways).

I generally keep it in excellent mechanical condition so I'm just doing a few things to get it ready to rip this season.

I guess that's water between your legs and storage under your seat?

I need a street bike I'm riding my fuel 90 on the street.

You are correct. Speed water bottle on the downtube, Waterbottle behind the seat, Speedbox with spare tube, patch kit, and CO2 cartridge in it. I also have a mount for my "Aerodrink" bottle on the aero bars.

You would definitely benefit better with a road bike out on the pavement.

I am looking at a Trek Fuel myself for the Xterra Triathlon series that has started. Swim, Mountain Bike, Woods run. Off-road triathlon if you will.

My Girlfriends bike looks the exact same as that bike. Such a bad ass looking cr. She has a 250 though and that thing RIPS! faster than the 2002 cr 250 I rode.

hey Racer111 post some results from your next Tri on here. I just taught myself to swim, freestyle, last year. I'd really like to try a sprint tri next summer.
