Any reports from SF regarding track conditions? Was wondering if practice will go off a regular time.

I think everything is on go for now

they rode part of the track yesterday for press day and the weather is holding out nicely

I snooped around a bit today and, although I couldn't get ON it, it appeared 'damp' but not wet and is completley covered up. No standing water that I could see, and according to one of the gear guys who set up the riders that did media day, he said it "wasn't bad at all". Hell, the fact they even rode on the track for media is a very positive sign...


It's supposed to rain tonight though, or so I hear.

Yes, but...more importantly...is the Beer cold at the Hilton?

there is a good bar right across the street from the ball park I was last year with a patio.. they had a large selection of beer and good food, i cant remember the name because I will admit I was pretty drunk!!!!

The place is called Momo's. And Gordon Biersch Brewery is down the street.

Photo as of 2pm. The rain started around 4pm and really hasn't let up. Its suppose to die down and be light by morning. I would expect it to be a rain schedule tomorrow though...
