I agree Reed needs the holeshot. It is funny he has a couple bad races and now he should quit. He is 1 of 3 that can charge the whole moto. He will be back next week. I bet him and Alessi are missing their RMZ's right about now

I would have to say you're probably right. Not that it would make a dent in Dungey, but I don't think either of those guys would have been so far back yesterday on the RMZ.

Reed understands its a long series and as long as he is healthy he is going to have a chance at the championship. I for one am glad he is healthy and out there and racing hard. Wish I could say the same for Stewart and RV but hopefully in due time.

Reed is still in this thing but what Dungey did to him last week was pretty brutal. When Dungey dropped Reed by 23 seconds he was letting him know who is in charge.

I think Reed knows he can't beat Dungey but he also knows a few Dungey DNF's will put him back in the hunt.

There are some that don't want to admit it, but Dungey is going to be one of those guys that we have only seen a few times. He is a great rider, knows when to push it and when to back off, still makes the occasional mistake (he's still pretty young, give him time). People need to just keep looking through all the smoke and negative remarks out there and realize he is here to stay, young dude with speed, loads of talent, work ethic, and determination that gets greater by the minute. It is invaluable what he is learning from Carmichael, something that only a few have had in the past, absolute uninterrupted Dedication. This combined with a damn good head on his shoulders. Don't take this the wrong way but if a couple of other riders out there right now had the rationalization and smarts this kid has they would not only be out there riding right now but battling bar to bar for championships. KDub is my favorite guy by far, has and always will be, but if I could take the dedication and willingness to win day in and day out that Ryan and those before just like him possess I think he would be in the same category. Sorry for the rant, just trying to say that he has something that is rare you cannot teach and because of that will be around winning championships for a very long time to come, just prepare to get used to it.

My bad, I was just replying to a post, didn't realize the actual topic of this discussion... Yeah, he does need a holeshot bad, if he gets one we can actually see what its gonna be all about, and yes he is missing not just that Rockstar/Makita Suzuki but that ridiculous team management/support that was and is there.. I really hope he gets out front early for two motos to see what is really up with hold reedy and what he is all about now, tough to say as of yet... I really would like to believe he's still got somethin' left for these young bucks
