Josh did better than his teammate - the reigning champion !

It started raining just before they started the first race. Points are points, but results don't say much about regular form.

Then KTM 250 bikes must go alright, i seen young Matt Moss had the fastest lap time of the day against the open bikes from quali till the last final!

I didn't see the race but good to see Harry #12 grab second in the lites coming back from injury. Great ride by Matt Moss so quickly after wrist surgery.

Only 9 rounds!!!
None in TAS, WA, NT, & only 1 in VIC
I think that is why our younger riders struggle overseas lately.
OH well, better than nothing, at least I can go to the 2 rounds in QLD (both close to Bris)
I would luv to see a round in every state & include NZ as well

Thank for the great photos,

1 point a slightly lower camera angle on the second to last pic would be better,

but may get you in trouble in the police states of oz

That's pretty impressive at Broadford - it's a while since I've been there but it's a power track if ever I've seen one, with all the uphills.

Yeah I'd like to see them run two 25s and a 10 if they are going to insist on 3 motos...

15s aren't the way to go, the riders need to be pushed...

Speaking of aussie nationals? Does Vitalmx own this site? Kind of reminds me of Vital in design. Just a little. http://www.motoonline.com.au/
No Dan motoonline.com.au is owned and run by Alex Gobert - ex U.S factory Superbike rider and brother of Aaron and Anthony Gobert. Wink

You're not wrong Mossy, Boppo rides the 450 really well. Saw him do the last club day at Appin, beat Jay 2 out of 3 races and was leading and tipped over in the other one. After seeing him that day he became my pick to win, looks so in control. I thought he deserved another crack under the factory rig though, he did win them a supercross last year after all.

Only 9 rounds in over 50% of the countries states and Territories and that is the reason i riders are sturggling overseas???

Poor American riders must be on a huge downward path then hey, only having 3 more rounds for a total of 12 and only covering 12 of the 52 states! thats less than 1/4 of the countries states!

First round of the Aussie titles was great, KTM were near unstopable in the lites, though the two Serco Yamaha boys did qualify faster than all and Dale did take one moto win, just some more mistakes and bad luck for the Serco boys.

Mat Moss looks like he is going to be tough to beat this year, Just back from recovering from that wrist , he didnt look fast out there on Sunday, not that he wasnt, he was flying just looked super smooth and in control. Great to see Cachia step out of the under19s and straight up the front and seeing Harrison back and alway up front was great to see.

Opens is going to be so great this year, so many fast guys that can win each and every weekend, that championship is wide open.

19s will be interesting, if Arbon can ride like he did on the weekend every round he should run away with it, Willis will be there every week to put pressure on and i expect Peterson will be much better at the next round, he just needs to get off the line up front. Young Mcleod out of NSW was the big suprise. Also good to see Wright take a moto win straight out of juniors , certainly has some speed. Think we will see more from Jay Wilson and also Long once his ankle is feeling better
