My daughter that is.. Unadilla, last year. This year I get to take 2 kids. Sort of an unusual post, but I was browsing through some old pictures and this one caught my eye. Looking for a pw50 now to get her and my boy started, and with any luck in the next couple of years I'll be unloading their bikes with mine at the local races!

A real cutie.

That's awesome getting the kids involved in riding that early.

MX is a GREAT family sport.

They both LOVE it. They're pretty bummed right now because im off the bike with a broken shoulder. (pretty much healed now) They are constantly wanting to go out to the tracks, or even just go out in the garage and help work on the bike. They usually do more hindering than they do helping, but i enjoy their company out there and I'm glad to just spend the time with them. They both ride bicycles/tricycles really well. I want to get the "big" training wheels to put under the PW50. I'd hate for them to take a fall at a young age and be scared of it. They are a year and 10 days apart, and very much 2 totally different kids, but they both love mx! They wont even sit to watch cartoons or movies, but they'll sit to watch SX and MX.

Cute kid...

My cousin is in the picture, the rest of the guys I was with was right beside him. If the one guy wasnt in the picture you'd probably be able to see me.

Cool. Your kids will love you for it. I don't have any kids of my own, but am on the lookout for a 50 for my 3.5 year old nephew. If I ever do have kids, I think I will get them into riding at a young age. I would definitely not be a Tony Alessi, though. The injury risk would kind of scare me, but some of my best memories are of racing/riding with my friends when I was 8 - 15 years old. There was a big group of kids from our area that rode, and MX was the only thing that mattered to us.

Cool pic.

Just my 2cents. Do NOT do training wheels on a moto. Wait till they are comfortable on a two wheel bicycle, then go moto. Be patient.

My 3 year old son and my nephew. I hooked my nephew up for his 4th birthday. My son learned to ride on this bike as well. This picture, and the bike, are 2 of my most prized possessions.

That is a great picture! I am constantly printing pictures now. Seems like today, everything is digital. My phone has over 3,000 pics on it, mostly of the kids. If my phone took a swim.. that would be 3,000 pictures lost more than likely. I think people have less pictures now than they did 10 years ago as a result of losing disks, cards, failed computers and whatnot. That saying is true "a picture is worth a thousand words" and this picture speaks for itself!
