If I remember correctly, the US was down about 7 points to Germany going into the final race in Denver...It was close last year to the end...

I just spent a few weeks in Italy. Amazing how popular Rossi is there. Seems like every other car has a #46 on it. The Ducati Race Shop next the Ferrari Shop at the Bologna Airport is very cool. I bought a #69 Hayden shirt. Sorry to hi jack the thread......

I hope RV starts on the inside and can nail a holeshot with our #1 pick.
Let baggy go from the outside gate 21 and go around the carnage.....
After watching the start of the first moto,seems that could have possibly worked better for us. Wink

in the 125/250 class yes. Never in the 250/450's.

The closest they have come in the 450 class is one moto win by Mike Alessi on the 450 in 2007 at Steel City and the first moto and Hangtown last year on the 350.

As for KTM & Outdoor MX.
GL in 2003 got them a championship....

World championships.
AC in 2010 MX1 (more then likely 2011 also)
MM in 2010 & sorta in 2009 MX2 (with the Honda switch).
Rattray in 2008 MX2
Townley 2004 MX2
Ramon 2003 MX2
Dobb in 2001 MX2
Langston in 2000 MX2
Parker in 1989 MX2
They also have won 7 MX3 world championships.
KINIGADNER MX1 1984 & 85 Champion.
MOISSEEV 78 & 77 MX1
MOISSEEV in 74 MX1

Hanny was also in the running for SX 125 championship...tied in points with GL,but lost it by wins.
I think he won 2 or 3 SX's that year.
Alessi also won Lites/125 nationals for KTM.
