He didn't do anything wrong per se but it's that he felt the need to do that when it was totally unnecessary. He passed Wharton and could've just motored on but he felt like he needed to do that.

Unfortunately, there is no one that would stand up to that guy right now in the lites class ... if Bob Hannah was riding today he would've T-boned Barcia to teach him a lesson.
