Help me identify this pro circuit helmet

I inherited this helmet and I’m having trouble finding out who’s helmet it is. I’ve narrowed it down to 1996 or 19 97. It used to have a signature on it but it’s faded away. Thanks everyone!

When I first looked at it, I was thinking Casey Johnson.
The CTi and Scott tells me it's not RC.
Not fact, just speculation.

The lineup that year for the team was Ricky, Casey Johnson, David Pingree and Craig Decker. I had the team poster on my wall.

does it have the troy lee logo painted over the mouthpiece? It could have originally been a replica that they painted a visor for

Looking at the fainted signature it looks like Craig Decker to me.

It could simply be the replica PC Bell helmet sold to the public with a riders signature on...?

I don’t remember them making a pro circuit replica that year... I could be wrong though.
