Netflix documentary game changers shows athletes on a plant based diet, anyone know of any top level riders who are vegan?

If a top rider was vegan we would know about it. Vegans love telling people they’re vegan

My least favorite thing about MX is cleaning and changing air filters...
I would have left that son-bitch on the moon with dirty air filter too!

My post was more of a ‘if you’re going to post one, post both’, not that either is really ‘debunking’ the other. Both made solid points on why they believe their way of eating is beneficial.
In this day and age you can find enough ‘evidence‘ to support any theory you have, so I like to see the opposing views as well and create my own opinion, usually somewhere in the middle.
I don’t think vegan is the way we should all eat, but most people would be healthier if they switched to a whole food/plant based diet. Not because plants are better than meat, but because a lot of the average persons diet is junk and by switching to plant based they’d cut out a lot of the crap.

We’ve landed multiple vehicles on Mars, and sent probes to the very outer reaches of our solar system. But the place right next door we’ve never been back to.

I guess they learnt everything they needed to know in those handful of hours on the moon’s surface.

Unfortunately, we just had better technology back in 1969 to allow for our astronauts to pass safely through the Van Allen radiation belts. It's a damn shame really, guess they just don't build 'em like they used to...
