My good friend James Henshaw strapped on my GoPro 8 and put in some hot laps on his brand new 450. No bike break in for him! Also..stabilization on the new GoPro is insane. Enjoy https://youtu.be/M58FCHRwSGw

It’s awesome man. Such a fun layout. Nothing like a south jersey sand track!

So much potential there for a full blown track. Can someone please provide a location. Would like to check the area out with G-Earth - Thank you.
Also, that GoPro is insane.

We have a new track layout just about everyday haha...yeah gopro really stepped it up. First time in a while the GoPro has been worth the $400. The 7/8 are light years better then the 6 and before

Had to watch again. This video makes me want to rip some sand.

Great video - Sick bike, but James can pretty much rip on anything. He's literally passed me on his 230 and it was a humbling to say the least Laughing The stabilization is awesome, but it kind of takes away from how rough and technical that sand can get.

Shroud area looks thinner than my 2015. Has it really changed, or is that an illusion?

I rode a 2020 last month. I usually do not like 450's but will say the 2019 and 2020 yz450f felt good to me. I never really notice how wide my yz250f is but it probably is thinner in 2020.

Pretty sure Keefer measured the widest part of the shrouds and it is the same as a KTM... people read online that it's wide though so they just roll with it.

I actually owned and rode it. I promise you, it was no one else’s made up conclusion. That shroud/tank area was FAT when my knees were hugging it. My 2015 KTM 350SX is comparatively bulimic. The measuring tape may be correct at the widest point, but the rest of the YZ shroud shape was still bulbous in 2015. Hope that has changed. They are beautiful bikes in my eyes.
