Deals are hard to come by in the U.S. and he has a track record.
No doubt he is fast though. He would do well in MX1.
I was at the race at Moneyglass, Ireland in '07 when he crashed, it was nasty and looked serious. A couple of weeks later my brother unfortunately went into the same hospital with a pretty serious hip injury after a crash, and the doctors and nurses were telling us about "some French racer" in a few weeks before. Pretty strange!
Pit Row
I don't think that you can compare what Christophe has been through to Trey's injury. He substantially had no paralysis, and seems to have no lingering affects so far. Credit to surgeons that know their stuff, though.
Trey has always respected Christophe and his skills.
How about the Monster Cup?

Amazing, considering the circumstances, a bike falling from the sky w/ rider landing on your back/spine...incredible.
Are we counting down to "days" yet? or is it still a little while off before getting back on the horse?
