Boring Racing

i have posted here before about this exact subject, i believe the 450 4 stroke mx bike has out gown the sx stadium tracks....
just like the 500 2 stroke did to the motocross tracks, and every racer was faster on a 250 stroke on the same track, today the 450 is just to much for the sport, it allows medium level races to be able to do the exact same lines as the top level ones, it makes the sx races a competition of starts, its even usual these days to have races where the "kids" of the 250s are just as fast per lap as the top pros on the main class.....
i think that its time to think about what bike should be the main class bike, i wouldn't be surprised to see sx races where tha main class is run by 250 mod bikes and the "youth" class run by 250 stock, using the same technical rules as the amateur national use for the same classes........
the way it is now is just not really interesting for me, everybody those the same jumps, everybody as the same lines, its a follow the leader fest most of the times, the tracks change and the racing is still the same....and then comes daytona and proves, to me at least, the the 450 is really the problem of todays supercross.........
what really surprises me is that i dont see nobody even willing to discuss this........

You know what grinds my gears? Having races canceled for a couple months only to have people bitch about them when they finally come back on

I fell off the edge of my chair, at least 3 times.

today was proof that tracks need to be more technical. also proof that 15 of the riders are not taking chances.

Holy shit...that was some of the coolest racing I've seen in some time.

On a side note....I am so bummed for Roczen. Dude is still and always will be a moto hero in my book.

My answer is bigger jumps. Which of course requires more dirt, but if they get some big half pipes they could stack and truck to each race and stack the dirt on them they could use the same amount of dirt.
