The Fly helmet has the Conehead eps to increase decelerations with harder impact while the rheon deadens the bounce(watch the RMATVMC helmet review by Chase...good review). Bounce is a concussion culprit. Stop/lessen that brain bouncing off the skull and less chance/severity of concussions.

.....not a doctor but I did stay at a Holliday Inn Express
