Have anyone ridden in the new 2017 a1 alias standard gear? I purchased a holiday A1 bundle set because of the price but I cant wrap my head around the fitment. I just received my gear and I have not ridden in them yet, but my initial thoughts is the jersey feels like a pajama on me. I order size large in every brand, but alias large feels really wide in the chest and sleeves (feels like I have grandma bat wings). For pants, I always order size 34 but they too feel really baggy in the thigh area, and long. So for those who also purchased the new alias gear, how does it fit on you? True to size? Or did you have to exchange?

My Alias gear is a little big for me too. I think it just runs a little large than most.

I like that it doesnt feel restrictive.

I bought two sets a few years ago and wore each set only once. Jerseys weren't too bad, only a little big, but the pants were so over sized I couldn't wear them. I'm a 32 and they felt like 34-36's.

I just got a set of Fox 180 because the 360 I wanted was back ordered until late Jan. and they're the first set of gear I've purchased in 5-6 years that fit correct to size.

Thanks, fellas. Such a bummer, I really liked the gear...especially for the price!

I'm built like a brick shithouse so the extra room fits me great in the upper body. Basically a little more snug than say jean sizes for the pants. I really dig the socks though. And it holds up well. Even after a dirt nap.

It's good gear, seems true to size for me.

Adiaz - If you haven't ridden in the gear yet you can exchange it free of charge by contacting Customer Service at info@aliasmx.com. Just include your order number and let them know what's going on and what needs to be swapped out. They will do what they can to get you taken care of.

Here's a sizing chart, too: http://www.aliasmx.com/size-charts/

I'm 6'1 and about 185 lbs and I always wore 32 pants and XL jerseys in other brands. Since I started working for ALiAS, I began running size 34 pants and a Large jerseys in both the A1 and A2 gear... For me the pants were a bit too snug in my normal size, so I went up to 34 to accommodate my height and knee braces better. With the jerseys I had the opposite situation and went down in sizing to get it a bit more fitted. I know I'm obviously bias, but for the quality and pricing you get with the free DiRECT 2 RiDER discount, my honest opinion is you can't get a better set of gear for the money.
