Looks awesome, made me want to go with the old school graphics on mine. Do you actually have the flo green front end? I would be scared to crash and break the fender probably just going to get green on mine to be safe.

Unless you’re doing an exact replica build, you could always go with a current front fender and number plate in flo green thats readily available. Just a thought.

cclay47 bike is looking awesome so far!

I'm still debating what fender to use I was planning on a cycra plate just to protect the pro circuit clamps but kinda want to stay original I think.

What all is required to run late model plate and front fender on these bikes? I'd like to try it out but haven't done my homework.

These are from 2006 KX450, only requires milling in two spots to make them fit Wink

Docwob on eBay was selling KX 125 304 long silencers with the stinger tip. I want to run a 304 shorty with a stinger tip so I’m going to swap end caps, I just haven’t done it yet and ran the 304 shorty for my race

Yeah silver doesn’t look as cool as the PC colored clamps. My Akit Suspension came wth silver clamps but luckily found some brown Akit clamps recently

Yeah I'm about to I can't give the stuff away people want to offer 1,500 lol. I really didn't want to use different offset clamps and the shock is a tad longer, how does yours feel compared to when it was stock?

You can have a internal spacer used to shorten the shock to the proper length, that’s what I did. I think mine was a 18mm spacer from race tech, I’ll double check. I’m still working through getting my forks dialed, I’ve only got 4 laps on the bike and they had about 75cc to much oil so they were really stiff. Shock feels good but forks should be much better now that the oil level is proper

Love your bike man.. I have a 99 I bought in 04.. rode the hell out of it. finally broke bottom end in 2010. Have been buying parts here and there.. nothing wild just a stock with a pipe & brand new chassis, wheels, rebuilt suspension.. I need plastics..I've been saving this kit.. its for a 2004-05 rmz 250f. or kx250f

Gotcha, racetech told me that I would lose 1" of travel if I shortened an 09 kxf shock so I never did it. Air forks are interesting that's why I'm hesitant to use mine.
