Wonder if a spoke wrench would fit on there. Get one of those tips made for a spoke torque wrench and put it on a T-handle if it does fit? Might be too small of a contact area and marr up the center of the cap over time though.

Hi guys, I've been following this killer thread since day one and really thought that one day I would post something as a huge 2 stroke fan. Thought it was time now with that covid crap and the shitty weather we have here in France right now. Just wanted to share a few pics of the 2 babies I have been taking care of since a few years now. I've been always riding on Honda's but in 07, when they stopped their 2 stroke programme, I sold my CR at the end of 08 just because my hate for thumpers...

yzmxer608 Added a comment about feature GP Bits: 2020 Best of Bike Bits - Two-Strokes

Interesting, it looks like the MJC YZ's have springs holding the carb to the reed block with some sort of tabs. Also I notice quite a few stock parts with cerakote (water pump cover, power valve cover, cases, rear caliper).

I'm thinking that may be a team supported bike. I'm not exactly sure how those YZ cup races work but to my knowledge CRM only makes carbon pieces for teams and not regular buyers. Besides the tank that thing even has a carbon subframe! Not to mention the whole GYTR performance kit. Also looks like they even trimmed off the...

Haven't seen this bike until the last few years or so but always thought the frame looked good painted blue like that. Interesting the color seems different than the normal color Yamaha used on the steel frames at the time. Also interesting to see the ignition and countershaft sprocket covers appear to be the same molds as production but black...

This bike is like the hopes and dreams that my yz125 wants to be at one day haha. I hope you weigh it when it's finished (no gas, gas, however you want) just to see, as I'm curious how much the titanium hardware and factory stuff helped lighten it up. Do you know anything about what was done to the...

Kinda of a random question, but was wondering if you could do me a favor... Can you tell me what the threads are on the rear master cylinder bolts (type and length) please? I'd like to know if they would fit on my yz125 master cylinder (the Honda head is much flatter than the Yamaha, it sticking out is tearing...

Waiting for Yamha to sell that yz125 hop-up kit in the U.S, seems pretty sweet. That 4stroke chassis yz125 using a pod air filter?

Thanks for the help on the sticker guys! I'll have to look around a bit more. Also blackdiamond's CR pretty much looks like a factory Honda, love those hubs.

Did you have the rear fender yz125 sticker made up, or did you buy it from somewhere? I've been wanting something like that to replicate the older models but haven't been able to find any made still (part number from 1999 is discontinued).
