9/25/2022 5:29pm I found a Motion Pro Vortex (sp?) throttle assembly in the back warehouse. Fits most Honda CR125/CR250 & CR500 with the Motion Pro Cable 01-0713 and it also allowed me to run lock on CR125/250/500R grips

New DC plastic except tank. * People seem to give DC greif for not looking like "stock" - fact is nothing looks like stock, except stock and most this stuff was discontinued before the first gulf war :/ But the DC stuff looks really nice and first perfect! I never needed to drill out one hole!
My dog seems to approve, or he was thinking about pee'ing on it.
Titanium bolts for the engine mounts and triple clamp, just because...
Engine slide back into the frame with little effort.. so...

All Balls pretty much has every bearing and seal kit for these old MX Bikes. New Wheel bearings, stem bearings, swingarm bearings and linkage bearings.
Another SCORE - Old Yamaha YZ490/WR500 Top clamp.

9/25/2022 5:11pm Yes! Was hoping to have a month of riding in before then but this late winter in WA is going to make it tough to have any riding time by then. Needed new graphics so it looks like a 91 now. And I built a 95 250 last fall.

9/25/2022 5:10pm I finished my 1990 300 with about 60% restore a couple weeks ago. So I didn’t pull the motor nor repaint frame. But everything else came off at some point and received attention. I appreciated your enthusiasm for the older KTM series. I enjoyed the process.
Way too much stuff I did to bore you with the details.

9/25/2022 5:10pm I’m not 100% sure but you might be able to put the 90-92 plastic on the 93-97 bikes too if you get the 90-92 tank and seat. I used a 97 for my 250 build. Plus it has the 50mm Conventional forks and Ohlins shock which is a plus to me. I really like the 91 look too, remember when Mike Fisher finishing 4th in a few SXs was such a big breakthrough for...
