I found a Motion Pro Vortex (sp?) throttle assembly in the back warehouse. Fits most Honda CR125/CR250 & CR500 with the Motion Pro Cable 01-0713 and it also allowed me to run lock on CR125/250/500R grips

I finished my 1990 300 with about 60% restore a couple weeks ago. So I didn’t pull the motor nor repaint frame. But everything else came off at some point and received attention. I’m not 100% sure but you might be able to put the 90-92 plastic on the 93-97 bikes too if you get the 90-92 tank and seat. I used a 97 for my 250 build. I wanted a 94/95 look, but the 97 got a lot of motor updates and new ignition that was the basic package into the early 00s.
