In Steve's defense, the landscape has changed. In the early years, Steve was the only game in town and he would dish some dirt and rumors from time to time. It was mind blowing when he dropped some inside info. Watson's stories were epic too. Now social media is more prolific and there are lots of other pods and I think people in the industry are more careful with what they share. So pulp is no longer the "hot take" source it once was. Not Steve's fault. As for the overabundant advertising, well I can't speak to that. It sucks...
