The stock forks have 35 mm axle offset. The stock triples are 22 mm offset. Since the new KYB forks have 32 mm axle offset, I used a 2007 KX450 triple clamp (24.5 mm offset) for a total offset of 56.5 mm. vs. 57 mm stock. For the wheel I had a YZF hub made in green and used a YZF axle and spacers. I welded new steering stops on the frame and used the '99 steering stem. Thanks!

Hi guys. I'm Eros and I'm Italian, I own a little dirtbike workshop and a race team near Milan and I am a two stroke addict since I'm 8 years old. Back in the day, It was 1999, I fall in love with Torrontera's and Procircuit Kawy, so, i promise to myself to build a bike like that when i was grow up. (Sorry for my horrible english skill, but I've learned to write by myself). Three years ago i spot a relatively well used Kawy to my project, paid 1400 bucks, looks pretty and works relatively well.

Yes! Highly recommended Dare Decals USA. @dare_decals_usa They did a Tim Gajser replica set for me and knocked it out of the park!
