This reads very straight forward. I don't think there is any "read between the lines" to be found here. #21 is at the top of the pile of elite riders in USA but not THE TOP, he's been there and tasted it - but hasn't tasted it for a while. He missed most of 18 outdoor from an injury and missed most of 19 SX. With that in mind his Outdoor last season was a big step in the right direction . . . Most of us wish would could end up 4th, but I bet he wasn't happy with...

4/7/2020 3:52pm Fastest guy that never was, another casualty of RC. Like Stewart, TP could not fathom getting smoked and raced out of sorts. He was the fastest guy in the whoops on the planet, fast everywhere.

Bobby, dude.....pass the reefer. You are a badass I know, but to compare Herlings to RC and his records, and his speed in both MX and SX, and the Nations? He beat Everts like a rented mule when they were both in their prime. Herlings is not in RC's snack bracket, period. Neither is Tomac, as fast as he can be at times but his entire body of work pales in comparison. And Tomac is a beast, as is Herlings. RC will go as fast as he needs to go to beat anyone, and he proved that time and time...

I like when some 5th season Pro is the next RC, because he got one win, or one title. You know who the next RC is? The guy that wins and wins and wins, from day one. Not a 5th year, or 7th year, or 10th year Pro. RC won for 10 years straight. Math don't lie. RC is in the same league as Michael Jordan or Tiger Woods. You can argue MC is in the same league as far as SX goes.
