There is no such thing A camera is just a tool and in the right hands can produce results. It's how you use them. Looks like compression to me. If it was direct off your camera I would say your SD card is too slow, but looks like somewhere its being compressed to hell, that is why you are seeing that artefacting. Reverse engineer the solution from there since too many factors for me to consider a concise answer

Oh I agree and its a three ring circus. I DM'ed you a PR contact from the federation to pose these questions to. To be fair it does take a long time to figure these doping tests out so there is always a delay.

Stan, the rider you are referring to has a TUE I believe. I knew the testing was coming more than a month before it happened. Allowed several riders to escape the net.
