Changing oil after every ride seems expensive and wasteful. I hate cleaning filters every time let alone the oil. Do you just have stacks of oil cans at home? Maybe a barrel? I don't have the room or time for that lol. I go 8 hours and use BelRay or Motorex but to each their own.

Yup, I've seen THREE in my life. One when I bought a new 2001 CR250, another I bought from my uncle, and the third was the 350 I just bought from Missouri. Almost no one in Wisconsin keeps them. We don't register any of them since they are off-road competition based.

Hey everyone! Just to be transparent I don’t blame anyone for thinking I’ll suck it up. I really don’t. I’m old, haven’t raced that much, and it must seem crazy that I wanted to do this. However... I’m not getting any younger and I wanted to give it a shot and this opportunity came up so “why not” take it. I also have a thirteen year old son that sees me ride, type, talk, answer emails, and create a job out of something I love. I want to try and set an example so in the future his brain will...

Rebuild the stock crank, it will cost about the same and you will have better components than if you went with anything low priced. The stock crank can be pressed apart and new rod and bearing installed. Then re-straightened to likely better than factory specs. Good luck finding that in a mail order crank.

Schmidt452 Added a reply to Enzo tuned 4CS vs stock AER48 forks?

I have a 15 FC450 with a MX Tech re-valve with Huck valves, I have no issues with the forks. I did the the KTM demo days when they came to my area last fall, I would say the re-valved 4CS worked just as good as the 18 AER's. If its always going to bother wondering if you would have...
