Wife here. MX is a huge part of my husband’s life…meanwhile, I have no clue what a spoke torque wrench is. But, I do enjoy listening to him talk about the latest bike specs, his best lap times, which supercross rider changed teams, venting about Freise… I’d say 80% of our conversations are moto-related. I check the forum here every so often (finally made an actual account) and follow some riders on social media. One of my favorite pastimes is casually bringing up some random mx topic and seeing that “how the hell did you know that?” look. Jokes on...

My wife picked me in part because I raced. We're an off-road family.

My wife surprised me with my Kawi last year for Christmas. Sourced, Bought, and got it to the house all without me knowing. She's all for it.

My wife is cool with it. On occasion she tries to ride and actually got her motorcycle license this year. When I got busted up and said I was done, sold my stuff, a couple months later she told me to get another bike, your miserable! That was 12 years ago(my accident, we’ve been together since 2002, the first picture was that year at her first race she attended with me) and she still “let’s” me ride. Wife loves it. It's something we've truly Bonded over these past years, especially since the first covid shutdown. I'm a lucky man who's thankful she is who she is.

When I was married, I argued with my wife when I needed a new helmet and she said I couldn't drop more than $50 on a new helmet. I asked her if she thought my head was worth $50 and she said yes. I spent $500. I'm not married anymore.

She digs it. She hasn’t missed a race (not that I do much of it anymore) and is always very supportive. It might be tough to get her to go to the pala national once tomac retires though

My wife taught me to ride, she used to race. So there's that. She thinks I need to ride more!

My wife was a MotoGP fan before we meant and quickly became a pro motocross/supercross fan as well. She was not too interested in going my races at first but after going with my dad and meeting my buddies and their girls she started coming more, then once I got her a pit board to make her feel more involved she went all in.
