I own Rick's Motocross Connection in Oskaloosa Iowa, a motorcycle and atv parts and accesories store.I do some service work but mostly parts.I'll never get rich but it's a fun job and beats working at wal-mart.

The nearest place is near Solon.Lakeview ohv park,about 160 acres.Haven't been there for years but I think they have made improvements since I rode there last. Iowa dnr website has all the information in the off highway vehicle section.Let me know if it is worth going to still if you ever ride there.

I googled "honda 11001-p01" and it showed a cylinder works 81mm + 3mm oversize big bore replacement piston for crf250f. Hope that points you in the right direction.

In my ngk book they list only one plug for your bike, r7376-10 available at any parts unlimited dealer for $36.95. Kawasaki lists this plug as an option along with r7376-8. They show plug # r6918b-9 and r7376-9 as no longer available through kawasaki. Neither ngk or kawasaki list br10eix as an option so I would stay away from that...
If this were my bike i would first determine if it was an electrical or carb related problem. An easy way to check for electrical problem is to use an automotive style timing light and rev the bike until it runs poorly and see if the stobe on the timing light stays consistant with its flashing or does the light...

I don't know if this will help but try pulling the exhaust and blowing air through it backwards . Had a 85 250r that sat in a barn and acted the same way you are describing and it turned out to be a large mouse nest was plugging things up. It took quite a while to dislodge it all but...
